Welcome to the website of the Laboratory of Nonlinear Mathematics in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The Laboratory of Nonlinear Mathematics was founded in 2010 and is directed by Professor Theodora Ioannidou.
Main Active Members are Assoc. Prof. Vassilis Rothos, Assoc. Prof. Athanasios Kexagias and Assis. Prof. Nikolaos Atreas.
The Current Ph.D. Students are Georgios Konstantinidis and Ioannis K. Mylonas. Moreover Dr. Makrina Agaoglou, who is Postdoc now, she has recently completed her Ph.D.
The Laboratory of Nonlinear Mathematics includes faculty members of the Department of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering, who are involved in teaching and doing research in Nonlinear Differential and Difference Equations, Chaos and Integrability of Dynamical Systems, Mathematical Physics, Industrial Mathematics, Integrable and Topological systems, Applications from Biology to Cosmology, Applied Harmonic Analysis, Probability Theory, Game Theory. They are closely working on these topics with Ph.D. students and Postdoc.
